If you are reading this post you should know that staying in Paris without splurging is not exactly an easy thing.
Perciò che fare se state pianificando una vacanza nella Ville Lumiere e desiderate soggiornare con tutti i comfort di un hotel (quindi escludendo ostelli e sistemi alternativi come AirBnb) ma senza essere costretti a spendere un intero stipendio? Potrei avere la risposta a questa domanda, e si chiama Louison Hotel!
So, if you are planning a holiday in the Ville Lumiere and you like to have all the comforts a hotel can offer (that’s why I’m not considering hostels or alternative systems such as AirBnb) without being forced to spend a whole salary, I may have the answer to this, and it’s called Louison Hotel!
Io e il mio fidanzato abbiamo soggiornato presso il Louison Hotel per 3 notti, tra il 30 Aprile e il 3 Maggio, e devo dire che in questo hotel ho trovato davvero una casa lontano da casa!
My fiance and i stayed at the Louison Hotel for 3 nights, between 30 April and 3 May, and I have to say that I really found a home away from home!
Partiamo dalla posizione, l’hotel è nel cuore del 6° Arrondissement, in Rue de Vaugirard, estremamente comodo per visitare la città a piedi o utilizzando i mezzi pubblici. Il quartiere è molto giovane e vivace, nonostante l’hotel sia posizionato in una strada tranquilla e poco trafficata (al riparo da rumori molesti, soprattutto di notte), e nei dintorni potete facilmente trovare ottimi localini dove mangiare o bere un drink dopo cena, e negozi dove fare acquisti. In dieci minuti di camminata si arriva comodamente a Notre Dame, al Louvre e al Musèe D’Orsay.
Let’s start from the position, the hotel is in the heart of the 6th arrondissement, in Rue de Vaugirard, extremely convenient for visiting the city by foot or by public transportation. The district is very young and lively, even though the hotel is located in a quiet and peaceful street (away from unpleasant noises, especially at night), and in the surroundings you can easily find excellent cafés where to eat or have a drink after dinner, and some cute shops. In just ten minutes walking you can easily reach Notre Dame, the Louvre and the Musée d’Orsay.
Passiamo ora alle camere. A Parigi è assai difficile trovare stanze d’albergo grandi e spaziose, parlo per esperienza, infatti di solito anche in hotel piuttosto prestigiosi le camere tendono a contenere a malapena il letto, ma non è questo il caso! Al Louison Hotel infatti siamo stati accolti da una camera spaziosa, con un grande letto matrimoniale, un bagno assolutamente vivibile e una splendida terrazza con tanto di tavolino e sedie dove rilassarci e bere un buon thè caldo, una vera meraviglia!
Let’s skip now to the rooms. In Paris it’s very difficult to find large and spacious hotel rooms, I speak from experience, in fact usually the rooms here tend to hardly contain the bed, but this is not the case! At Louison Hotel we were greeted by a spacious room with a large double bed, a liveable bathroom and a beautiful balcony with a small yellow table and chairs to relax and drink a cup of tea, a true wonder!
Il personale dell’hotel è stato estremamente cordiale e disposto a consigliarci in tutto. L’Hotel inoltre è tutto da scoprire, la sala della colazione è un vero gioiellino e la sera si trasforma in una stanza ricreativa dove giocare a carte, a scacchi o a dama.
The hotel staff was extremely friendly and willing to help us. The Hotel has some hidden gems, the breakfast room is a true wonder and in the evening it turns itself into a recreation room where you can play cards, Chess or just chat with the other guests.
L’hotel inoltre è estremamente curato in ogni dettaglio, c’è persino un piccolo giardino interno dove rilassarsi e prendere una boccata d’aria fresca! Per non parlare poi delle decorazioni alla moda che si possono trovare in ogni angolo, dal piccolo salottino con tanto di caminetto, alle librerie fino ad arrivare alla splendida carta da parati floreale nei corridoi! Ogni angolo è perfetto per fare delle splendide foto!
The hotel screams “designer” in every detail, there is even a small garden where you can relax and take a breath of fresh air! Not to mention the fashion-forward decorations that you can find in every corner, from the small sitting room with a fireplace, to the splendid floral wallpaper in the hallways! Every corner is perfect to take some wonderful photos!

Che altro dire… se cercate un alloggio a Parigi vi consiglio vivamente di considerare il Louison Hotel! Io sicuramente ci tornerò!
